I get really excited when I am able to help a client actually get through the process. Most of our clients, whether it is Social Security or VA, are frustrated. They are dealing with a government agency, they’ve got long complicated forms, they get letters that aren’t well-written, they don’t explain what’s going on. So, even if I can’t get a person benefits immediately, if I can help them understand the process and what we’re going to have to go through and what the three letters mean and how we fill out the forms and get all of that done, they are very appreciative of that, because the government doesn’t explain any of that to them. So, for me, that’s very rewarding.
